You will be working directly with new and current customers of 5wire, promoting the services of 5wire to mainly online gaming teams and businesses within your area through telephone and face to face meetings.

This role involves a basic customer support role, ensuring you are able to resolve the majority of possible issues encountered whilst using our services.

5 GCSE's, C or Above - Including English Language and Maths.
ANY qualification in Information Communication (Level, and type of qualification will be assessed).
Previous customer relation experience of any level.
Previous hosting experience, whether web, game or server services.
Quick ability to solve problems.
Small Interaction with cPanel & WHM
