Hi,

Due to annual holiday leave limited support will be available during Monday 9th August to Monday 16th August 2010.

Our aim is to have basic email support throughout this week whereby our systems will be checked daily to ensure that any medium to critical priority queries are answered as soon as possible.

We will be unable to process domain transfers as this is a manual process due to the possibility of loss of ownership, at least with our main overview of the system we are able to ensure the transfer is a success.

All domains which are due to be renewed during this period will be requested to be paid by Sunday 5th August, if you fail to do so you may lose your domain as we have a minimum of ten days notice - If you have any queries with this your domain can be renewed by us and payment paid then, however if the payment is not paid by the time of renewal we take liability to own all rights to the domain.

In case of downtime, I will have a newly monitored system in place so that I can contact our provider asap if any errors occur, or downtime takes place.

If you have any questions please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your services and running correctly and all queries are answered.
